Aaren turns 7 weeks old

My parents visited us here in Sweden Karlskrona...the 3 weeks just flew by and it was time for them to leave very soon too.Alvin and i really miss them. The house seems so empty and quiet without them...

But the 3 weeks were great while they lasted. I got to spend quality time with my parents and they got loads of time with their grandson.It was awesome to seem how well they bonded with each other. I am sure Aaren misses his Nani, Nana and Maasi as much as they miss him.

Dad celebrated his 52nd Birthday with us :) Emily and her hubby were so sweet, they even gave him a nice present! After a long one year, i baked again. i baked dad a chocolate cake and made him some tiramisu...






Aaren celebrated his 1st month with them. His nani made Sevaiyyan and pooris along wiht the other gooodies...Emily his godma, even baked him a colourful fruity and delicious cake! yummy





Alvin for once seemed to be more relaxed when they were around... and we both learnt some tips and tricks on how to handle our newborn.I will miss those days and nights we spent talking. I will miss how Aaren got his oil massages from his Nani, though i continue to do so daily, nothing beats her touch.I will miss the head oil massages i got from Daddy and mummy. The squabbles and laughter i shared with chandini... Btw Chandini really surprised me.She is so pro at handling Aaren...from feeding him to lullabying him, she has mastered it all! :)

I can only miss those days and wait eagerly for July 08 when i will be able to fly back and see them once again...Aaren will then be 8 months old then:)
