Practise what you preach
Often its very easy to give others advice but very hard to follow them yourself.I thought the one whogives the advice to others will practise what he/she is preaching. Previously I used to think quite highly of people, and why not...to be preaching, you must have practised it.
But ehn its just a load of Bull***t when you really get to know these people. They are far worst off than anyone of us.It goes back to the old cliché - you've got to practise what you preach.
The thing i don't understand is who they are tryin to comfort. The person who is facing the problem or themselves. When confronted what sort of answer can you expect form them? Well here's one--
“Why don’t you practise what you preach?” asks an enquirer. “Because, I cannot; if I could practise what I preached I should not require to preach any longer, so that the fact of my preaching is a sign that the time of my practising is not yet!”
I posted this cuz i came across one irritating preacher who never practises what she preaches! I was just too agitated and her i've let it out

Quite a while
Its been quite awhile since i last blogged.I was indeed busy...busy with the Diwali preparations and enjoying every bit of my last Diwali with my Family. Next year this time i'll probably be alone on Diwali with my hubby :) great that i can see my wedding taking place but then again sad to leave my home and family.Isnt it so sad that the daughters who are very much attached to their parents and homes are the ones who have to leave them all at the end? Well thats part and parcel of life i guess and no one can do anythin about it.Sadiyon se yehi reet chali aa rehi hai...
Diwali was quite fun but we had less homes to visit this time round..Pasir Ris aunt is away in the US enjoyin the snowfall.Isnt she so lucky?I'll be experiencing snow soon :) weee!!! so excited Renu and sheetal weren't able to go visiting due to ahem ahem. I know they miss their mum even i was the last diwali as my parents were out of town and yeah Sanju bro didnt go visiting as he is working this season ;) This year Diwali was as per normal, the usual gambling at every home and merry making. Breakfast at Archies, Lunch was on us, Tea at whampoa and Dinner at Punggol. Tomorro i believe is Dinner at Rivervalley. Oh in between my hubby and i ran off to his sisters place for a while!
Day after visiting we went to watch DON the movie as a family.First time my parents and alvin n me went for a movie together!! Movie-Which i went for with very low expectations.Well what can anyone expect of a remake? But i was so wrong.I enjoyed the movie and of cuz will be looking forward to PArt II.IT was one great movie and a great remake at that one! if you havent caught it yet do so soon and also watch it in the Cinemas u wont regret! :)
