Culinary skills & Vday

Besides putting on weight this year...i learnt how to make chole, naan, tandori chicken and basically cook for more than 2 people :) i had invited Fayvier and family over for a farewell dinner... so i made chole, soya chunks, tandoori chicken, toufu bhurji, raita and cumin rice which was served with papadums and chutney (self made) and also i made mango pudding and served it with fruit cocktail for dessert
It was satisfying to know that my guests enjoyed the meal :) and more satisfying to know my culinary skills are bucking up!

I made kadhai chicken, cumin rice, naan and chicken korma for valentines day :)it was our first valentines after our wedding and it was a really special one ;)
I got 3 roses (I LOVE U) and a cupid bear :) and 69 cups which are really cute!)

This nasi lemak comes with a differently marinated chicken :) cldnt help but notice the resemblance with the chicken breast and the shape of a heart :)
