Migraine & Pregnancy
No, not its not wat u are thinking! i am not pregnant not anywhere near it ;) The practitioner did tell me theat in case i get pregnant, i will be relieved of migraines til i deliver cuz of the hormonal balance... wow!! at least i can give birth in peace! hmm shld i start planning for a baby to rid my migraine for the next nine months? or it might be forever(how i wish)!! LOL...
I was so looking forward to the first massage session with Carolin this week! And boy it went pretty well i must say. After the massage i was so sleepy and even now i feel so relaxed. Initially she told me a typical session lasts a couple of minutes but she ended up working on me for a good 20-25 minutes. Told me i need to relax more and either indulge in brisk walking(which is too cold to indulge in at ths point of time here) or lifting weights( this sounds more practical for now ;)
So yeah yesterday i was pampered to sleep, no cooking dinner cuz we planned to eat out but instead we had to "dabao" food back cuz i was extremely sleepy. I know u guys must be thinking where is the link between the massage and the sleepiness...well my back was so tensed and she gave me those hard massages where they loosen up and blood circlation is improved so that explains it i hope?
After 3 whole monts of suffering with back aches n migraines, i hope this is gonna help! Will there be a day where i am totally cured? i still sit and wonder
Next appointment is just in 3 days...monday at 6pm! each treatment costs 400Kr.. in case u were wondering...
