This weeks specials

Since i had a migraine last week, i havent left home for a week now! ?Last week grocery shopping was done by Alvin and i didnt ask for too much...so by mid week we were out of ingredients after making. So after that i had to make chicken for the rest of the week! So to make it a little interesting, i tried different variations Chicken kadahi, Chicken mughalai, Indian Mee goreng and also dalcha one one of the days...

(Mughalai cuz it had curd, milk, cashew and lotsa masalas so very Rich!! and fattening but a little indulgence is fine once in a while)
